Listing with me means we are going to do all we can to make the most money and have a short days on market. 

I meet Sellers before they want to list and go over a plan to get the house ready to hit the market. Yes we can sell your house "as is" but if you want the most money for your home we'll need to declutter, consider some painting, have professional photos taken, get staging advice, and make sure it's turn key. Today's buyers in Colorado are looking for turn key homes to move into.

 

If you have a property more for investors that is ok too, I have a large investor pool I can present your home to.

In 2021 and 2022 a few Colorado Title Companies closed because they became victims to wire fraud and could not bail themselves out financially. When you work with me rest assured we will work with the best venders. 

Whether it's home staging, photos, painting, decluttering, home warranties, handymen, lenders, or title closers I only work with the best. As a Director for the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS (DMAR) I attend weekly meetings surrounding myself with the best in the industry. My transaction coordinator Lynn is the best in the business.
